1. Introduction

Welcome to GAIT Career Assessment (“GAIT”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or using the GAIT Career Assessment on www.gait-careerassessment.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using the service.

GAIT is developed and operated by Go.Ai (Pty) Ltd, based in South Africa. These terms apply to all individual users, partners, and affiliated institutions accessing GAIT.

2. Purpose of the GAIT Assessment

GAIT is a career guidance assessment designed to provide insights into personal strengths, thinking patterns, and possible career directions.

It is not:

• A psychological or aptitude test.

• A measure of intelligence, ability, or personality.

• A diagnostic or counselling tool.

The GAIT report serves as guidance only — a tool to help you reflect, plan, and make informed career decisions.
Decisions made based on GAIT results are the sole responsibility of the individual.
GAIT and Go.Ai (Pty) Ltd accept no liability for any academic, career, or personal outcomes resulting from the use or interpretation of the report.

3. Access and Delivery

• Once payment is successfully processed, you will gain access to the GAIT Assessment.

• Upon completion, your personalised digital report will be automatically generated and sent electronically (email or download link).

• No printed copies are provided unless arranged separately with a GAIT partner institution.

4. Refund Policy

GAIT is a digital product that begins processing immediately after purchase.
For this reason:

• No refunds are available once payment has been completed.

• No refunds are available after assessment access or completion.

• This policy applies to both individual users and official GAIT partners.

• Refunds are not issued for accidental purchases, user error, or unused assessments.

5. Partner Access and Use

• Approved GAIT partners or affiliates receive unique codes for internal or client use.

• Partners are responsible for correct use, payment, and distribution of these codes.

• GAIT does not accept responsibility for misuse or technical errors linked to partner-managed access or payments.

• Partner privileges may be suspended or revoked if terms are violated.

6. Pricing and Payment

• The current GAIT Assessment price is R75.00 (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

• All prices include VAT where applicable.

• Payments are securely processed via Paystack, our authorised third-party payment provider.

• GAIT does not store or access any customer credit or debit card details.

• Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, assessment questions, reports, and materials related to GAIT are the intellectual property of Go.Ai (Pty) Ltd.
No part of GAIT may be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

GAIT and Go.Ai (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for:

• Any decision, action, or outcome resulting from the use of the GAIT report.

• Technical interruptions, system errors, or temporary unavailability.

• Partner misuse, user error, or unauthorised access by third parties.

Use of GAIT constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of personal responsibility for all decisions made thereafter.

9. Amendments

GAIT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the website. Continued use of GAIT indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
